The direction

A distinctive hospitality experience in Marrakech.

LHS Signature Holding is developing a Moroccan hospitality platform shaped around local identity, distinctive design, guest experience, and international standards.

This five-star hotel is planned for the centre of Marrakech with 80 rooms and suites, three restaurants, and a spa. The project is under construction and is planned to be operational in mid-2027.

It forms part of the group’s wider hospitality ambition: to create memorable establishments that respond to the evolving expectations of the Moroccan market while remaining connected to a distinctly Moroccan point of view.
